1. STEVIA
This one is a perfectly safe artificial sweetener.
Can be used in both Hot and cold foods.


2. ASPARTAME
This is also known as SUGAR-FREE GOLD with safe limits of 6-8 tablets maximum in a day.
TO BE AVOIDED in hot food.


3. SUCRALOSE
Its also known as SUGAR-FREE NATURA with safer limits of 10-12 sachets/tablets a day.
CAN BE USED IN HOT FOOD and VERY MUCH SAFER.


4. SACCHARINE
This was the first ever used sugar-free agent for a decade. However, it has been banned in US states because of BLADDER TUMOUR as its major side effect.
