7. CHECK FOR ANY NEUROPATHIES
If you are suffering from TINGLING SENSATION WITH NUMBNESS IN YOUR ARMS AND LEGS, this could be a sign of neuropathy (nerve injury -common in uncontrolled chronic diabetic cases).
In this case, always tell your physician and get a complete neurological examination to rule out any major pathology.
