Following are the anti aging foods that can improve quality of your skin and also boost immunity:

1. POMEGRANATES :

This fruit is packed with vitamin c which guard against wrinkling effects of sun damage. 

The juice in pomegranates contain ellagic acid ( a polyphenol compound that fights free radicals ) and punicalagin( that increases body’s capacity to preserve collagen )

Tip: Eat a cup full of pomegranate daily in your diet.
