1. If one is diabetic from years wherever diagnosed or not and controlled or uncontrolled , there are chances of having "SILENT HEART ATTACK " with no pain at all.

2. If one is nondiabetic and complains of chest pain, the pain of myocardial infarction is usually presented with chest tightness lasting less than 20 minutes interval associated with dyspnoeasweating palpitations, decreased spO2 with pain radiating to back, jaw, stomach, or even back and with the feeling of doom.

3.IF pain lasting >20 minutes with dyspnoea ,palpitations , sweating ,increases of doing any movement or a walk , its usually angina pectoris.

4.if your pain is usually associated with food intake . It's usually gastro-oesophageal reflux but possibility of angina is still here too , so , always consult your physician for proper diagnosis.
