  3. Gradual introduction: Start by mixing a small amount of cow's milk with your baby's regular breast milk or formula. You can begin with a ratio of 25% cow's milk to 75% breast milk or formula, gradually increasing the proportion of cow's milk over time.

  4. Monitor your baby's reaction: Keep a close eye on your baby's response to cow's milk. Look for any signs of allergies, such as rashes, hives, vomiting, diarrhea, or difficulty breathing. If you notice any of these symptoms, stop giving cow's milk and consult your pediatrician immediately.
