WHAT IS WATER THERAPY ???

Well, its believed that drinking cold water makes your digestive system to get slow plus having less water in your body makes it to have more accumulated toxins and free radicals inside it that can further cause damage to your body leading to various diseases like Migraine, Hypertension, Cancer, Weight gain, Sleepiness, Electrolyte imbalance and much more...

Let's talk about The Answer to above all, THE WATER THERAPY.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO WATER THERAPY ???

STEP 1 

To begin with,  All you need to do is boiling the water to about 80° C every time before drinking it. 

STEP 2 

As you WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING,

Drink about 3 or 4 glasses of that warm water slowly before doing any other thing.

Once you drink it, Do your breakfast or Eat anything else after an hour.

STEP 3

When on water therapy try to have SMALL AND LIGHT MEALS  including salad full of vegetables and fruits once a day as a substitute for one of your meals.
Drink 2 glasses of warm water at 2 hrs of eating EVERY meal.

STEP 4

 Don't drink water during your meal either you have it 30 minutes before it or 2 hours after the meal and that too, ONLY WARM WATER.

STEP 5

AVOID ANY FAST FOOD OR ANY PROCESSED FOOD INCL fries, canned food but only freshly cooked food to be consumed. 

STEP 6

 Before bedtime again drink 3 glasses of warm water about 2 hours after your dinner and 2 hours before having asleep .

This means when on water therapy, all you need to do is having an early dinner mostly before sunset, and that too the lighter one.

Reach your Target of drinking about 2 liters of warm water  (with 3/4 glasses in the morning
3 glasses at the night as mentioned in step 6 plus 2 glasses at every 3 hrs in the morning for 3 times in a day, with a total of 12 glasses of water in a day.
